Public read-only workspace- Public-source snapshots are read-only and generated on demand. Fetched time and cache state are shown. Persistent, customer, constituent, and licensed publisher data remain disabled.
Transient retrieval receipts
Every available record keeps its response fingerprint.
District Command validates, parses, and hashes the current official response in memory. The response body and extracted records are not persisted by this release.

NWS coverage note. Zero means no alert matched the pinned District 18 county SAME/TXC codes or an exact Texas-county fallback. Zone-only alerts without exact county evidence are excluded; check the canonical NWS alert feed for the complete alert set.
Evidence boundary
The hash identifies the response bytes behind the current snapshot; fetched time and cache state show when and how that response was resolved. It is not a persistent archive, immutable storage receipt, background collection record, or evidence of licensed publisher access.
